Dr. Kathryn Arlene Biery, DDS

When my son first started walking, he fell and cracked his front tooth. He had never been to a dentist. As a first time mother I was VERY concerned. I walked in to Mountain View Dental Team without and appointment and explained what happened. The lady at the front desk was very polite and professional. They were able to fit my son that morning. My son who was only a year old at the time, and was very comfortable, he allowed the assistant to take x-rays and look in his mouth. Dr. Biery then came in the room and showed the x-rays to me, and explained everything. She was very informative, she answered all of my questions and really helped me to understand. Thankfully it wasn't anything serious, but my concerns were addressed without me feeling like I was pushed off. After the appointment the assistant, and staff made my son feel like it was a big deal for my son to have allowed the x-rays and exam. From the time I walked in to the office, until the time I left, Dr.… Biery, and the entire staff were very nice, and professional. My son now goes to see Dr. Biery every 6 months for his check-up and cleaning. I would recommend this office to everyone!
