When Bird was informed of a male physical therapist alleged sexually inappropriate behavior being under investigation, she called the alleged victim, unsolicited, by telephone and told her she was a liar. Bird told victim she was telling this physical therapist that a patient was accusing him. The investigation was blown within a few hours. Since that day there has been a major online, continuous, slanderous, stalking and adult content filled internet campaign against alleged victim. There have been attempts to cause legal distress by bullying the alleged victim with a malicious, baseless lawsuit that alleged victim prevailed in. Birds underling has gotten away with inappropriate touching, speech, behavior, great bodily injury. Due to the lack of support from Concentra doctors who know about the dirty Denver DPT, he will never be considered a suspect nor will any important evidence be considered.
