My son presented to Hershey with an accidental injury. In her process of investigating (which is her job and that's fine) she discovered my son to have a vitamin deficiency. She tried to say I never told her that he already takes that vitamin and then essentially ignored me when I asked why he would be deficient. She never made any effort to set us up with anyone else to look into it and when I asked how to adjust the dosage for him she guessed (incorrectly). I could never imagine recommending her to anyone.

She is an exellent Dr. I live in the hbg area and the drive is worth it because I know my children will get proper care. She is very caring and takes the time to listen and also does whatever she needs to get to the bottom of all concerns I have for my children.She is a mother as well and with that said I am confident enough to say she has always treated my children with the patients and respect that im sure she gives her children...She is a wonderful person!

Dr. Crowell is an amazing doctor who clearly chose the right field....she loves children - and they love her. She always takes time to speak with us about any issues we may be having with our child and her diagnosis is always spot on. She even visited our child in the hospital on her day off.
