Dr. Kathryn Claire Eisermann-Rogers, MD

I went to Dr. Eisermann because I had terrible allergies and couldn’t hardly live without continuous suffering. I expressed my terrible discomfort to her and her staff and for months and many visits, they would only tell me about some over the counter medications which didn’t help at all and made me continue going to her office to get tested to find out about my allergies. Dr. Eisermann told me that as soon as she would get the results she would start me on some shots that would take it all away. When all the results were in and I called for the shots she wanted to continue seeing me and not start the shots until she would see me again. I expressed the fact that nothing had changed and that on every visit she had promised the shots once the results were in. It is obvious that she only cares about charging for the visits and not her patients’ welfare. I begged her staff to help me get the shots she had talked about because I could not hardly breath and stop itching all over and… they told me that they did not care and that I had to see the doctor once again before she authorized the shots. I continue calling the office to complaint but they would continue to be unprofessional and would not return my calls or inform the doctor of my discontent and need for the shots to make me better. I even asked for the release of my medical records and her staff said that unless I paid for all of them they would not release them to me. It is obvious she is in the business to make money and care very little about her patients’ wellbeing. The doctor knew my situation and the constant calls and never had the decency to return any of my calls and render any kind of help or relief.

Dr. Kathryn is one of the kindest and concerned docs I have ever been treated by. Returned a non urgent call at home at 9pm. Have always felt I get The best care.

I brought my son to see Dr. Eisermann-Rogers for a potential food allergy. I loved her professional manner and that she took the time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend her.
