I was lectured for rescheduling two appointments and canceling once when I got stuck at work and knew I wasn’t going to make it on time. She treated me like a child and I felt completely humiliated.

I was a first time Chiro patient. I was also pregnant and experiencing some pain in my back and discomfort in my legs. Dr. Flaherty explained everything she was going to do in detail and answered all my questions. She even gave me stretches and exercises I could do to prevent the issues from happening again.

My family has been seeing Dr. K since she opened in Ottawa in 2006. We find her very professional, shown compassion and cares about us. Recommend her to all clients. We just love her!!!

Worst I’ve ever gone to. Doesn’t follow safety precautions and then when things go wrong, doesn’t take any responsibility for her actions.
