She always wanted to send me for x-rays if I mentioned any symptoms of any kind. Moved my appoints from 6 months, to 4 months, to 2 to3 months without reasons. Seem not to have my best interest, only wanted to make business with other entities, i.e., pharmacies, or labs. Never looked at my medical history prior to her actions!

I have had similar bad experiences as noted on the top most recent reviews. It is interesting that the good reviews are several years old and from patients that have had her a number of years. Perhaps she got worse with pressures of office requirements, but she did not discuss current meds, not aware with my chart in front of her of current meds, or issues, I had to ask for mamogram, which was overdue, i received a phone message with blood resulsts which were high cholesterol but nothing about meds, come back for discussion, just the results

Dr. Frantz is terrible doctor!! I went in for a check up - didn't even ask my current meds and has been over two years since there. Lost a lot of weight and she did not even notice. Very cold and abrupt. Felt like in a deli - take a number - and little time to spend with a patient. No follow up. No returned call from a message I left on their voice mail - which said I would have a return call from someone in the office within the hour. It is a day after and I am still waiting. Would never ever recommend her to anyone. Am in the process of looking for a new doctor, can't wait to get away from this one!

I have not been back to this office since last year - became a patient after my other doctor moved away and Dr Frantz was recommended by a specialist. At the last visit I asked for a refill of a prescription - there was no record that I was on the medicine and then she prescibed a dosage 4 times what I had been taking. I didn't pcik up the refill In the past I had been in the hospital for major cancer surgery - (she had treated me for an ulcer) never received a call (I called the office and left a message) let alone a visit. A relative is still going to her because she (why?) - every time she has another story to tell about some mishap. I don't feel she has the knowledge to treat you if you are really sick - I have found another doctor but she will never realise that I am not coming back

I have been very satisfied to have Dr. Frantz as my primary doctor for quite a few years now. She is very caring and takes the time to listen and answer all questions. Even my husband likes her and said if he was female he would go to her also (it's a guy thing). :)

I can't believe others rated her so high. Awful doctor. Awful office staff. She is NEVER available when you are actually sick. I think I've seen her maybe once in the past five years. When you are sick you get handed around to different NP's or PA's. Good luck getting an appointment with an actual doctor when you're sick. Her manner is cold and unfriendly. She berated me once for not calling the office after a sugar test because I had a high rating. No one from the office ever called me to tell me. On that note, it seems none of the staff there can decide if I am diabetic or not, as one time I will be told I am and at the next appointment I will be told I'm not. Have had mild asthma for 20 years. My inhaler expired and I needed a new one. Was told I had to come in and be seen first. Can't just take off work when I was NOT SICK. Just wanted the inhaler in case I needed it. Asthmatics need to have one on hand. They are more concerned about money than patients' well… being. What were they going to say? Yep, you still have asthma. That'll be $125 please. Deplorable. This is just one of many horrible experiences I've had. Others in my family have stopped going there and my family just has as well. May even file a complaint with the AMA. There are plenty of good doctors out there. Any that allow their practice to be run like this should have their license revoked.

i have had dr. frantz for over 10 years as a patient. she is loving and caring. i found her to be very easy to talk to. my mom died in the 1st year i started seeing her and she reached out to me as if i was a family member of hers. i was severely depressed during that time and i remember her calling me in between visits just to see how i was doing. i will never forget how understanding she was.i wish her nothing short of the BEST

Wonderful no nonsense doctor, very knowledegable and upfront. I have the utmost respect for her, but must admit, half of the time she is not available within a few days for an appointment. I can definitely recommend her.

She doesn't leave enough unscheduled time for patients who are ill. She is usually not available and I end up seeing someone else in the office.
