Kathryn was extremely helpful, considerate and kind during my visit. She was not rushed, answered all of my questions and gave me a provider/patient experience far and above what I normally received. I felt totally at ease with Kathryn and felt that she cared for my Issues.

There was clearly an assumption to start that I probably didn't want to be there. This was clear in her approach to the conversation. As soon as I made it clear that I wanted to be there and knew I had a problem - the demeanor changed significantly.
