Dr. Kroeger is awesome! She takes her time and has excellent bedside manner.

Not happy at all with her services

I am african American and my name is Christine Mack (Jarrett) and I have been a patient of Dr. Kroeger since 2014. I came to meet her after a tragic event in my life. I had lumps and acne so bad from the stress of this event and I was even told don't go to a white Dr because they don't know our skin.. well I'm here to tell u that is a bold face lie! was so scared & embarrassed to show my face and I was so depressed at that time that while writing this review I am crying.. I'm crying because just thinking about where I was at that time and how she didn't just heal my face but emotionally cared for me. Most doctors want your money and you're in and out but not her.. as GOD is my witness she healed the physical and helped me deal emotionally with her counsel, if there was a coupon for a discount she gave it, if there was a way to save she shared it! I owe her alot for just being what I needed to become healthy again when my life could have ended had she not been there. She stayed… professional 100% but her warm tone and caring spirit along with even taking care of my son"s ( my baby) acne while I was suffering and he was in college.Dr. Kroeger thank u for helping me with everything you did for me and I pray for you sometimes when I seem to count my blessings today! I wish u nothing but success and that more people of all races find you and bring u more business because u are worth every dime I ever had or could afford to pay. I live in Kentucky now and I am healing one day at a time mentally but I don't care where I move I am never leaving you because u will be my Dermatologist till u retire. Yes I said it I'm driving from Kentucky for every appointment so you're stuck with me. Thank you so much for everything. You customers! Reading this review; I assure u that u won't be disappointed if you give her a try!

Typically runs late and seems to rush patient .Receptionist/scheduler very friendly and helpful. MA's just so so.

The most memorable thing was the fact that my wife and daughter came home crying and hurt and angry after the medical assistant, who pretends to be a health care professional, screamed at them and fought with them about a medication. She tried to tell them that branded Doxycycline was actually a "different class" than generic Doxycycline, and had to raise her voice and repeat it one more time as they were walking out the door. My daughter is afraid. We WILL NOT RETURN>

Kath has always been passionate and she is the same in her work. I wouldn't go to anyone else because I trust her opinion and know she really cares about people. I am happy to be able to use her as my dermotologist. Thanks Kath...

Just the kind of doctor I was looking for.

Pluses: The doctor is very personable and knowledgeable. She does not try to sell you cosmetic skin care products.Minus': Each time you telephone the office the very first question asked always regards how you will pay. There are rules posted on the waiting room wall regarding how many questions you may ask. The doctor appears to be in a hurry to leave the exam room before she ever enters it. One of her assistants gave me misinformation about my diagnosis in a very authoritarian way. As a result of these minuses I reluctantly looked for another dermatologist.

Dr. Kroeger is an excellent doctor who is very personable. The rest of the staff is good too. I did not need a follow up appt and I did not have a problem for a diagnoses, so I did not rate those. I was just a skin check.
