Kathryn Malan, MD

I generally don't take to many doctors at 71 I've seen lots . Dr. Malan is of only 2 or 3 I have the utmost respect . Although she's young in practice she certainly is well informed. I don't think I have yet to meet a doctor with genuine concern for my health and well being. As time progress in her career I'm certain Dr.Malan will be the top of her profession.

Dr. Malan is extremely professional and caring and will take whatever time is needed to listen to your concerns. Very grateful to have her as my primary care doctor.

Staff a doctor malins office quite possibly could not be worse than they already are they certainly did not care about me. They are downright rude and argumentative I cannot believe all I saw were pictures of Jesus Christ as I was walking into her office they truly exemplify the opposite of Jesus's caring and loving attitude. When a scheduling conflict arose I was going to conform to their schedule or not get the schedule at all. Dr. Malin was somewhat uncaring about the whole situation when I asked to speak with Dr. Malan on the phone they would not even let me talk to the doctor that I I have visited several times before. The office staff then hung up on me send me certified mail telling me that I was no longer her patient

Professional and caring staff. Recently worked me for an appt same day.

Krysta receptionist extremely unfriendly. Refused to reschedule dad’s appt. No reason given for being dropped. I wrote review on mom’s behalf last summer. She was treated poorly by Krysta and Malan

Both parents received cert letter from ofc dropping both. Dad tried to re-schedule appt. Krysta uncooperative and unfriendly. Please see review from last summer involving my 84 yr old mother. Very poor patient relations by Krysta and dr.

I cannot believe how incredibly rude and uncaring dr. Malins staff is they are extremely argumentative will not let you speak with the doctor if you call they all seem to hate their jobs and especially hate to deal with patients I will never go back again

My 84 year old mom was turned away for appt. Was told she had to pay a non overdue bill first. Krysta rude to mom and not helpful to mom. Krysta used condescending tone with me on the phone & in person. Dr Malan was equally rude, argumentative & condescending. I asked to speak with Dr Malan after I arrived, the other woman next to Krysta angrily stated, 'I'm doctor Malan" She used a rude hand gesture in attempt to dismiss what I was saying. She chose to defend quite angrily her rude employee, said Advent Health would ding Krysta if payment wasn’t collected. Dr Malan lied and said she heard my phone conversation with Krysta. Mom saw the dr in the hallway, was not on the phone Dr Malan & AH place $$ above patient care.If this is the way the office is run, Krysta or Dr should’ve contacted the office manager to get approval for my mother’s visit. Dr Malan should have calmed everything down, but she made it worse. First impressions mean a lot. Mine is very poor. And please remove all of… your photos of Jesus for you do NOT "extend the healing ministry of Christ".

I have been deeply hurt by the way I was treated by dr. Malan s office they called me to reschedule an annual physical that I had scheduled two months in advance and said that they had to cancel the appointment and reschedule it for 3 weeks later the person on the other end of the phone was extremely argumentative with me it would not work with me at all to try to reschedule it sooner rather than later I asked her to have dr. Malan give me a call back and she said she would not. About a week later certified mail showed up at my home basically Dr Malan in decided to fire me as a patient. I could not believe how argumentative and disagreeable the person on the other end of the phone line was with me I loved dr. Malan I think she's an excellent doctor and I'm not sure if she's aware how her office staff treats her patients and how they talk to their patients on the phone. I think if she knew she would be extremely Disturbed and upset. It saddens me deeply that her and her office discarded… me so easily.

Dr. Malan lacks compassion for her patients. She is just coasting.
