Hello and welcome to therapy! There are likely many different paths that have led you to this courageous decision to seek therapy and I am glad you are here. For more than 30 years, I have had the great honor, joy, and privilege to work with clients of all ages; youth, young adults, couples, and single adults. My practice is trauma-informed, LGBTQ affirming, and holistic in approach. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, this is a safe and compassionate space to unpack whatever you might be carrying and start healing and growing in new and positive directions.
