The staff is not only supportive of the Doctor in her practice but are patient advocates who have the ability and commitment to assist in the billing process. On more than one occasion we were treated horribly by snide and unprofessional office staff. I was given the run around attempting to obtain a letter needed for my child’s gymnastics club. On a final visit we were treated horribly for being 20 minutes late when the 15 minute late policy was never made clear. Most of us parents arrange time off from work to attend our children’s appointments. All the behavior was so uncalled for. With plenty hospitals and services around, we will find another office/MD.

Dr. McElheny is brilliant and professional. Her compassion and vested interested in treating my daughter has been outstanding.
