Dr. Kathryn Elaine Reynolds, MD

Have been going to this office now for about two years after a disaster experience with another Endochrinologist in the same area. Dr. Renoylds is nice and seems interested but that is where it ends. I could go on and on about the problems in this office but would take too long. Just be aware as a patient you and your care is not valued.

Dr Reynolds is thorough, professional and pleasant. Her staff was very helpful.

I went to her for Thyroid and hormone testing. My tests came back and the nurse called me with changes to my medications. I said I have a few questions and I would like to see my results. The nurse was argumentative and said my hormone results were being forwarded to my ObGYN. After seeing my test results I sent a message to the doctor saying I have a few questions about my test results can she please call me. Her nurse called me back and said I need to ask her the questions and she will relay it to the doctor. I told her they were "complicated questions and I did not feel comfortable sharing them with her. I wanted to discuss them with my doctor. She told me to make an appointment if I wanted to see the doctor. I told her I just saw the doctor 2 weeks ago and I was not paying for another visit to a specialist. I asked her if the doctor was refusing to talk to me. She said no, make an appointment to come and see the doctor. She said the doctor would not return my call.

I have not seen any of the doctors but the ladies that answer the phone are very rude. So if I have to go they then each time I think I'll try another office.

Saw her just once.. She spent five minutes with me. She told me it was urgent for me to get a biopsy..I told her I wanted to wait to see the ultra sound and lab work first..She was angry as if I insulted her..She walked out on me sitting there. When all of my results came back ..everything was perfect. I would have undergone a procedure I never needed. She was trying to set me up for the biopsy right there to a doctor she worked with in Palm Beach right away.. Doctors like this seem to be all about the money...She is a cold rude doctor.

Dr. Reynolds is a brilliant and truly caring doctor. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She never has rushed an appointment with me and always makes sure I leave with no questions. Absolutely love this doctor.
