Katie has been a great health care provider. She listens to my concerns and opinions, while giving me sound medical advice respectfully.

Dr Foote is extremely knowledgeable, caring and shows genuine concern for any issues discussed. She always offers options and helps me choose the best course and always follows up timely on any questions and concerns. She is a highly dedicated provider and always takes as much time as needed to help me in my heathcare journey.

I got in to see Nurse Practitioner Foote only because of a same day cancelation and a message to my provider and my providers nurse. I had been ill/sick for going on 5 weeks and it was only getting worse. I called three times during the weeks of my illness and the schedulers wouldn't help me get an appointment with my provider nor others in the clinic. It took me going on my chart asking for my provider or providers nuse to contact me regarding my 5 week illness to get an appointment. Nurse Practitioner Foote was exceptional, thorough and compassionate in her care for me at this appointment. However, I really feel that the schedulers need to take seriously a current patient needing immediate medical care and accomidating them with an appointment for medical care. They also didn't seem to care nor were compassionate. I love my provider and her nurse, however, due to the schedulers lack of care of helping a patient get an appointment has possibly made me reconsider seeking my medical… care with my former provider possiblly.

My care provider and her staff (referred to on MyChart as "Care Team" is very responsive through emails. I have had a couple questions and the best, easiest, and most responsive way to get information is to use email through MyChart.

I RECEIVED APPROPRIATE CARE THAT MADE ME WELL FROM COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE WHO MADE ME FEEL I mattered. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Always there to help, answer questions, explain procedures. This is the longest that I have stayed with this practicioner and will continue to use.

Kathryn Foote was an excellent care provider. She was professional and knowledgeable and combined her medical expertise with excellent communication skills. I felt comfortable from the moment she walked into the room. She was attentive, kind and courteous, and a great listener.
