ZERO stars if I could. Central Mass Dermatology is a disgrace. I waited over two months for an appointment, and less than two hours before, they called saying my referral “hadn’t gone through.” My primary care fixed it on the spot—but after speaking with Lisa, their billing/referrals person, I canceled. She was flat-out rude, unprofessional, and refused to take ANY accountability. To be fair, Lori, the office manager, was apologetic and said she wanted to make things right. But by then, the damage was done. I told her: how can I trust a doctor’s office that does this from the very beginning? I will not take the risk of letting people who can’t handle the basics be responsible for my care. This office blames patients and other doctors instead of doing their own job. They don’t communicate, they don’t care, and they treat people like an inconvenience. It’s no wonder they have less than 4 stars—it’s deserved. Avoid this office at all costs.

She’s a disgrace! Kathryn Swanson has patients come to her house and performs medical treatments in her kitchen while drinking wine. She’s a disgrace to the health community.
