Dr Ziegler was very nice. She recommended surgery for me but first I needed to do certain tests which is understandable. Her staff that handles the surgery scheduling and where to go for testing does not answer the phone or return calls with the information they were suppose to call me back with over 6 weeks ago to be able to go where I need to go for the testing. I have done all the other tests in the mean time and the hold up is on this staff member. I finally got through to this staff member on Tuesday she was suppose to call me back by the end of the day, I waited no call I called left her a message Thursday and Friday no call back. Unfortunately, due to the lack of care and unprofessionalism by this staff member I will be going to another surgeon that the office does not give you the run around when you are in pain and waiting for there staff to call you back.

So lucky to have a specialist in robotic surgery. She is very knowledge, empathetic, and really listens. Excellent bedside manners. Covers all issues, and explains everything. I am so grateful for her care.

dr. Ziegler, is very professional, and knowledgable. . She listens and has empathy. Great bedside manner. Never experienced such a kind skilled Dr.

Dr. Ziegler is an amazing surgeon. She takes her time to explain everything you will need to know. I never feel rushed with her and was able to ask as many questions as I needed to feel comfortable. She performed my VSG and I could not be happier with my choice of surgeon. She made sure I was comfortable before and after surgery.

Dr Z is one in a million! Her care and concern given to those she sees goes above and beyond the call of duty. Dr Z is warm, comasssionate, thorough, and skillful. I highly recommend her for any surgical needs
