Dr. Kathy Ann Christopher, MD

I'm caring for my mother who suffered through a stroke. I had issues with them 3 months ago with the staff, they're unaware of my mother's medication & her well-being. Awkward being told that my mother died when I was sitting next to her in her own home during that call. I was told by an male employee that I HAD to contact them through text due to COVID-19. Today, I texted them about my mother's meds & a refill. I ended up being lectured by Jessica, the receptionist on how to behave as an adult. I was also rudely informed that the man I previously spoke with was fired, like I was supposed to know that. Advising anyone to go here for professional health care would be a huge mistake, if you like incompetent staff taking care of you or your family members.

Now a days, people will not tolerate mistakes or inconveniences from others while they themselves are just as imperfect in every way. Yet, this does not stop these hypocrites from rushing to internet to leave a terrible review knowing very well that this will damage that person's hard work and image for years to come. These narcissistic, entitled individuals show no mercy, no patience for others, but they demand patience, understanding from others when they make constant mistakes. Shame on you. That bad review says more about you then the individual you so eager to judge and tarnish. I have been her patient for 9 years, and I have never encountered anything wrong from her. I guess it is not the doctor, it is the self centered mentality that thinks everyone must try their best to meet their standards or else! As for me, I am proud of my Doc. I think I have the best doctor in town, and I wasn't born yesterday. I know compassion when I see it. I also know this doctor had one heck… of a ladder to climb to get where she is, and one incident you deemed unworthy of your elitist standards is enough for you to tarnish her good name? then may you be judged by the same measure you judge others.

I have to say that Dr. Christopher is the best PCP that I have ever had. The staff is also great. Walking into Dr. Christopher's office you can tell that they are extremely professional, polite and caring and very neat and clean as well. It is a beautiful clinic. Dr. Christopher takes the time to really listen and she cares about her patients. Unlike other Doctors I have had in the past, Dr. Christopher wants to see me well, and she does not do so by over prescribing medications, like most seem to do these days. I felt very comfortable the minute I walked in this practice and have not regret my transition of changing Doctors. She truly cares and goes out of her way to make sure authorizations and referrals are in place before she sends me to a specialist. I highly recommend Dr. Kathy Christopher

I have been a patient of Dr. Christopher for approx 15 years. I have found her to be consistently thorough, professional, knowledgeable and caring. I have had many doctors over the years, but she has provided the most caring & individual attention of any I have had. I never leave feeling "rushed out" or "unheard." She has helped keep me healthy for 15 years...I know I can trust her with the next 15!

I’ve been trying to get in for some time. They never answer the phone nor will they call you back. If by miracle you get someone. There is never an appointment available. It’s very frustrating dealing with the incompetent staff at the front desk.

After using this office for the better part of 2 years, I was very happy with there service but the last time I went in I had made an appointment and informed them I had lost health care, so my appointment was going to be 100$. When i get there they claim to have sent me messages (i did not have) and would not accept me. Saying I had to pay the 200 past due, after we had worked out an agreement at the time of making the appointment. I would not go here Money > service.

I've had a great experience working with Dr Kathy Christopher she's kind she's caring and has good bedside manner all the stuff I've never had any problems with they've been polite nice and professional

I just can't do it anymore. There is absolutely no compassion from the Dr. herself. When you call the office manager is very kind and thorough however when she is not there the other staff members are clueless. I have had several issues in the past couple of years and I stuck because of the HMO and hassle it is to change PCP. However when I finally was seen by a specialist this year and they FINALLY requested an MRI that I had tried to get Dr. Christopher to do many many many many many times before and they even got it authorized I was amazed. Then I knew I was treating with the wrong medical professional. I don't feel safe with my medical being taken care of at this office at all. She has mostly zero answers to my questions and looks like me very dumbfounded most of the time like I do not know what I am talking about. I KNOW MY BODY I COME TO YOU FOR HELP! I want a doctor who cares. Simply put. This doctor is not that.

Actual Dr. visit was fine but prescription order was messed up, took forever to talk to someone on the phone after leaving multiple messages and then bloodwork appointment was screwed up and never happened. Multiple trips here and there and never got anything accomplished. Of course according to the Dr’s office, none of it was their fault.

She is very very rude and so is the staff. I gave this Dr 2 tries and I just can’t do it again. I have never met someone so rude and uncaring. She doesn’t barely asks anything and when she does it’s very awkward long pauses. I went in for chronic migraines and she kept trying to force birth control on me. I don’t understand. Once I refused, I got the worst attitude ever. I’m done. Please save your time and don’t go here.
