Please avoid this doctor

Was recommended by a friend. In desperate need to see someone, I set up an appointment. I was missing work and was depending on this appointment to get my leave approved and to just help me through a really horrible dark time. The receptionist calls me a week before my appointment and tells me the doctor will not see me and cancels my appointment. What kind of mental care physician does that? I would never recommend her, people suffering with depression and other mental illnesses deserve much better than that.

Was very condescending. The receptionist is incompetent. I do not recommend her.

Dr. Flanagan was recommended to me by a family member and I would recommend her to anyone!!! She's very calm, puts you at ease and her suggestions were extremely helpful. Gave me a reality check regarding pros and cons of my actions to rectify my situation. Doris went above & beyond to help with insurance and any information requested.

Great experience

Dr. Flanagan and her staff of Doris are outstanding. From the initial curteous greeting to final resceduling of your next appointment. Professionalism permeates throughout the experience. I must admit that I was reluctant to see a "shrink" and the implications that it may have on my professional career. Dr. Flanagan's understanding allowed me to help myself through her, with out the self-imposed shame.I would recommend her to any lawyer or lay person.
