Summary
Dr. Kathy Hay-Reed has been providing quality dental care to the greater Swansea community for over 23 years. She takes a gentle approach, easing any concerns by providing valuable patient education. Dr Hay-Reed listens so she can better understand a patient’s particular needs. She strives to provide the highest standard of personalized dental care.
In 1984, Dr. Hay-Reed graduated from Stonehill College summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Embracing both her love and the arts and science inspired her to pursue a career in dentistry. She received her graduate degree as a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at Tufts University in 1988. Dr. Hay-Reed is an active member of the ADA and the Southeastern District of the Massachusetts Dental Society where she has previously served as a member of the ethics committee.
Dr. Hay-Reed has a special interest in serving the U.S. veterans of our community. As well as serving our Swansea veterans, she has also provided dental care …at the Rhode Island Veterans Home for over 29 years.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, art history, and reading by the sea.
