The receptionist Angie is very rude. She was asking me why I was coming there and if I knew what an RA dr meant! Say what. I have a referral and I'm in in pain lady!

I did not like it that they wouldn’t let me go back with my husband to see the doctor. As his care taker I need to know what she tells him as he has trouble remembering things as well as hearing. How am I to know what I’m to do or not do to help him get better. I don’t interfere with them just sit quietly and listen. So to me this is a waste of time when you know nothing about his treatment or how to care for him. No other doctor that he had seen this year and there have been a few refused to let me sit in on his visits. I’m sure she has her reasons but it make it harder on the care taker.

Dr. Lynn has been my Rheumatologist for 19 years. She has treated me for the initial referral and has been the physician to discover other autoimmune diseases. Dr. Lynn is an outstanding physician.

Dr Lynn has always been a great Dr. with me. She has always been great trying to stay ahead of any problem I have had . I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs her services. Valeria Hardage

My wife was referred by an ER physician and her primary care physician but the caring staff at Lynn office would not schedule my wife because (and this is a quote) "Dr. Lynn has too many Medicare patients at this time."

I saw this dr. over a four month period the past year. I was referred to her for a possible diagnosis of fibromyalgia. Over the course of seeing this dr., bloodwork was performed twice but the results were never discussed with me at my appointments. The fibromyalgia diagnosis was never brought up by the dr. until I mentioned it on my last visit. She only stated that since my inflammatory markers were high ( C-reactive protein ) this was not consistent with fibromyalgia. I guess if I had not asked about the fibromyalgia, she would never have said anything about the elevated inflammatory marker. Since this dr. had not provided any type of treatment plan or diagnosis after four months, on my last visit I suggested a diagnosis after doing research online. She immediately jumped on the diagnosis and wanted to put me on long term prednisone and other melds to counteract the side effects of the prednisone. A few days later I had a sinus infection and went to an urgent care. When I told the… urgent care dr. about taking the prednisone, she told me it had a lot of bad side effects and to be careful. Dr. Lynn nor her staff ever discussed any of these side effects before they put me on this medication. I immediately quit taking the prednisone and cancelled all future appointments with Dr. Lynn. I am a health professional myself and I could not believe a dr. would put you on long term medication which could cause other health problems based on a diagnosis the patient came up with that might not even be correct. I am currently seeking a new Rheumatologist in Atlanta. I could not recommend this dr. To anyone.

In five days it will be a month since my appointment with Dr. Lynn. I was sent a copy of lab results. I waited to see if her office was going to call to give me a follow up appointment. I called the office to see if there would be a follow up appointment and was told no.

I have been seeing Dr. Lynn since 2000. She is outstanding and has provided excellent care. Just recently, she noticed an abnormal lab test. Because of her prompt actions and thorough evaluation, she identified another autoimmune disease. I had been seen by other physicians but they were not concerned about the results of that particular test. Thanks to Dr. Lynn, I was referred to a specialist to begin further treatment. My sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Lynn.

I am so happy to have found such a wonderful,compassionate, and caring physician. Dr.Lynn always goes beyond my expectations every time I visit her office. I never have to wait a long time to be seen. I would recommend her to anyone. My quality of life and mobility have improved and I can now live an active life again because of Dr.Lynn.

Wow, I have been reading other reviews and am shocked to see so many people and patients in the same boat as my family member. My Mother has been in severe pain for weeks on end, with rheumatoid arthritis. When she has been able to actually communicate with the doctor, a prescription of tylenol-3 was the response. As a new sufferer of RA myself, I find this laughable. I am moved to write a negative review about this doctor, to bring the shoddy customer service and pragmatic lack of empathy and general kindness to light. Do not take a loved one to Dr. Lynn. Do not waste your time acquiring medical help from this rheumatologist. She is basically a pimp for the pharmaceutical companies and actually became offended when my mother expressed concern about the side effects. She does however, run a tight ship. If you arrive and need to use the restroom, the staff will ask you to hold it, until after the doctor has finished - her time is so valuable. I am completely disgusted with this… joke of an office. They do not return phone calls, either. Get them in, get them out. That's the brunt of it.
