Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:I chose my career because I really enjoy taking care of people. I enjoy getting to know patients and their families, and I hope I really make a difference in their health and well-being. What I want my patients to know about me:I am a very caring and empathetic person who tries to go the extra mile. I want patients to feel they can contact me and I will be happy to help them with whatever healthcare concern they have. I want patients to feel they are a part of the WellSpan family. What I do when I'm not seeing patients:When I am not seeing patients, my husband and I are cheering on my son, who is in a college band, most Fall weekends. I also enjoy spending time with my friends, shopping and socializing. Family is very important to me, and I try to be involved with my immediate and extended family every chance I can.
