I have been a patient of Dr. Duncan for a few years now. While I do like her as a doctor & person , the service at her office is absolutely TERRIBLE! On more than one occasion I have waited over an hour to be seen the most recent time (which was months ago at this point) I waited almost 4 hours to be seen. VERY UNACCEPTABLE. When I voiced my concerns about the long wait time I was told that I'll be seen shortly but the wait was absurd. As much as I like her I will never go to her office again. I am currently seeking a new doctor.

My first visit I was seen by a nurse practitioner. I never met the doctor. 2nd visit after the waiting room I was put in a doctors room and waiting there for about 45 min. I was ready to leave so they asked me if I wanted to see a nurse practitioner. I said NO, because I would like to meet the doctor at least once. 2 weeks after visit - I've called 4 times to follow up on my blood work. Still to this day no return call.

Dr. Duncan is a very good, nice concerned doctor, she listens to your medical concerns, her staff is friendly(especially Christine)...But, my only con would be is that they are a little slow with test results, a lot of time I have to call them to find out a result. Overall I would recommend her.

Friendly office. Dr Duncan took time with me, showed caring and handled my problem right away. I would definitely recommend her.
