Katie Haines

Each visit to any health care provider can be different and evoke different feelings. This is dependent upon numerous factors; how busy they are, what has transpired just before your appearance, personal problems of the staff, etc. The most important is who you deal with once you are being treated/examined. In my case this was the NP named Katie. She was one of the nicest, most professional people I have ever dealt with. She is knowledable, patient, appears caring, listens, never dismisses your concerns, explains her rationale in detail, and is simply an incredibly pleasant person. As someone who has dealt with health care providers from the inside as well as from the perspective of a patient, I can say this is one of the best all around experiences I have ever had in any facility. I just walked in, filled out the best SHORT up front paperwork ever in about 30 seconds, and was being seen in less than 5 minutes. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
