Very poor bedside manner - the appointment felt rushed and like I was annoying her. Will be looking for a mother Dr.

Dr Hough is amazing and I would give her 5 stars. The office staff is polite but their service is poor. The office staff can easily become confused over the phone. Be clear, ask them questions and verify their responses. I was told an order for bloodwork had been taken care of but unfortunately it was not. When trying to call the office on a Wednesday at 10am to resolve, their office phones were turned off until 10:15. I was then told it would take 20 minutes to send a fax for my bloodwork.

Dr Hough takes her time and listens to what you have to say. Never had to wait long to see the doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Hough for 2 years now, the level of care, concern and approachability is beyond any Doctor I’ve ever had. I drive all the way to Mattituck for all these reason. I am so happy to have found Dr. Hough. I was in search of a new primary care physician and had a few "just ok" experiences. When I visited with Dr. Hough, she took time to listen and was completely involved. Her office staff was wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

Dr. Katie Hough is an amazing find. Referred by a friend I was so happy to find someone who is thorough and kind. She listens and answers questions completely making them understandable to all including my 88 year old mother. I am extremely pleased I have found a doctor I can trust again.
