Waited 4 hours before getting taken back We tried to explain the problems and symptoms but were unable to because we were constantly interrupted by her. Due to the child being a foster child we requested blood tests because he was drug exposed in the womb and have no medical information and NEED to know the cause of the constant fevers. She refused to test what we requested and would not even let us explain why we wanted things tested. She ordered the PA to take blood tests without asking us or telling us what she was testing. When we asked what she was testing she did not explain. We told her that we just felt more comfortable leaving and going to urgent care because of the refusal of testing and wouldn’t take 8 hours to get done. We felt harassed, ignored, and mistreated. Foster kid belongs to the state and she refused to treat him

She lacks knowledge to provide appropriate medical care. Told me my child didn't have a concussion despite multiple symptoms and whiplash injury from sports practice. Delayed my child's recovery from severe injury that has required years of ongoing treatment. She treated us like we were crazy for coming in complaining of concussion symptoms when my child didn't hit her head.

This doctor is rude, condescending and tried to admit me to the hospital against my will for a medical condition that I’ve had for years. She was unfamiliar with my medical history and tried to make a decision based on very little knowledge of the situation. Worse yet she wouldn’t listen so she could be brought up to speed. She is the worst doctor I’ve encountered. She is unfit to work in the ER with patients who need someone they can trust and sometimes don’t have anybody else. If I could give negative stars I would.

horrible , she sat with me in the waiting room of the hospital to tell me there is nothing she can do to help me not even run a test on nothing at all and then she charged me after I found a doctor that could help me and explain the situation to me. she just collects people's money and insurances money but don't help anyone , horrible experience with her

We had Dr. Nadeau as an ER physician for my husband. She is fantastic!
