Dr. Katie Marie Phillips, MD

Went with chronic rhinitis and had a rushed appointment after waiting. I was given two medicines that I have been given before and that had caused problems but were prescribed anyway. When I called back and said they had caused problems, I was refused anything new. She really had nothing new to help with the problem at all. Also had to wait for over a week for a response. Found a difficult to communicate with her outside of office hours. Bottom line, she did not listen anything I said and I do not think my problems were taken seriously. Entire visit was a complete waste of time.

I saw Dr Phillips for my sinus problems at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. She is really terrific. She takes her time and listens. She has started me on a treatment regimen that has already made my sinuses feel much better. I feel really lucky for her care.
