Dr. Katie Jean Toft, MD

Dr. Toft is THE BEST. I've been seeing her for 10+ years. Each time she makes me feel 100% comfortable, explains everything in detail to be sure I understand. I have never felt rushed ... actually, the opposite, that I was taking too much of her time. She really cares about my health.

I cannot speak for everyone but I’m sure there’s other variables with some of these negative reviews..Take it with a grain of salt and do your own research for your situation. Every doctor has different specialties aswell. I personally would rate dr toft a million stars!!! She has been with me every step of the way for almost ten years. She is the only doctor I’ve ever had that explains everything and makes me feel comfortable. She puts me at ease when she gives me bad news which is almost every appointment.(I have been dealt a bad card with my womanhood).Toft supports and listens to me EVERYTIME I reach out to her..She is not dismissive . I trust her judgment. Now adays most places are overbooked, understaffed ,and there’s always a longer wait. Things happen. I try to schedule my appointments earlier in the day if I can because I noticed she often leaves to deliver a baby in the afternoon.She usually tries to squeeze me in asap if it’s something urgent.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Toft for 10 years now and she is the reason I continue to return to this practice. She has never let me down. She remembers every detail about my health record and she makes me feel cared for.

I was really impressed with Dr. Katie's dilgence and care with my son's delivery. I was diabetic during my pregnancy and she took utmost care of it to make sure my delivery went smooth. Cant thank her enough. The only issue is the clinic's timings and wait times but for that I would never blame Dr. Katie. I would highly recommend her as your gynaecologist. I am so glad and lucky to have her as my doctor for my first pregnancy which was so nerve wrecking for me.

Just started seeing Dr. Toft - both visits she was running 1/2 hour behind. No communication from her office that she was running late and the office staff ignore you until you ask why your appt. time has passed and your name has not been called. Will be looking for a new provider.

Great doctor, caring and knowledgable. Lucky I found her.

Almost 2 years after surgery... everything ok, but couldn't get an appointment for follow up. THREE TIMES they canceled it and finally forgot about me...Thank you God I have a good family doctor, who can check me.

Just like the other reviews, she rushed thru my annual consultation/exam like I was on an assembly line--just another patient on the list to get thru. Wait time was longer than with my previous OBGYN west doctor who retired the previous year. At another appointment, I called 1/2 hour to confirm my appointment, left work earlier, waited 15 min in their waiting room, disrobed and then was informed that Dr. Toft would not be able to see me that day! Even tho I specifically asked them 1/2 hour previous to my appoint if she could, and if not, I could reschedule. I am looking for a new doctor.

She was very rushed and very condescending. Didn't seem to have any interest in me as a patient. Very dissatisfied.

Would NOT recommend. I had similar experience.
