Dr. Katie Yang Vargas

I was a patient for 6 months. Spent $10,800. Of that, $7,400 was spent on replacing 3 veneers and 1 crown. The entire experience with owner, Katie Vargas was a nightmare. Zero artistic design input gave me basically the identical teeth I came in to replace. Rush job with poor case management. It’s her way or no way and do not cross her. Gaslighting and triangulation tactics used to humiliate me. One week after new crown was installed I had to get a root canal. I complained for 6 months of pain and asked directly to K Vargas if I should get a consult with an Endodontist before new crown install, and she told me not to. When Endodontist told me I would have to replace new crown within 1 year (then he later said two years) she was Furious. Rather than give me my money back or offer to redo crown she blamed me. The office did redo my teeth cleaning after I complained. She installed new veneers over plaque and stain. As others have commented this practice makes you pay upfront before… procedure is completed. Any questions I had were met with condescending and defensive remarks to the point of yelling and humiliating me in front of patients and staff. Failed to complete final adjustments to teeth before terminating me as a patient as a diversion tactic. Never have I witnessed such poor behavior from a professional. Be cautious.
