I just wanted to let Dr. Robertson know that I was very saddened to find out she had left NAPC. I saw her on several occassions and was very pleased with my visit and always left the office feeling like she had helped me and led me to many accomplishments. She always had a big smile, listened clearly to me, and always made sure she covered all of my bases of why I was seeing her before my appointment was over. Dr. Robertson is a very encouraging Dr. and has great ways of improvement, goal setting and is your biggest fan! To those new patients you are very blessed and in very capable hands! Thank you for your time Dr. Robertson and I wish you the best!!!!!!!!!

First of all she charged me for two doctors visits while she only saw me once. It was because she felt she spent extra time with me (she did not) and wanted to get paid for her time. She literally had her hand and eye on the door and on to the next patient. I'm still trying to battle the practice to change this charge for two visits- billing is not nice either. I will say the rest of the staff at the practice were very nice and treated you with respect, but this doctor tainted the entire place for me. I will never return to see her again, rotten bedside manner.

Second visit to Dr. Robertson in a year. Waited 40 mins for her to come in only to answer the door in mid appointment to chat with another Dr. about personal matters and walked out of the room, Levine me for another ten minutes. I left and complained, manager was apologetic. Will never return to Nffm after this experience.

Dr. Robertson is a fantastic doctor. She makes the appointment as comfortable and easy as possible and the care she shows her patients shines through in everything she does. Highly Recommend!
