Dr. Vance is one of the most caring doctors I know. She takes time to listen and explain everything to you in a manner in which you are able to understand. All office and lab workers are fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Vance!

Its impossible with her staff to do what they are supposed to do for you as a patient. I'm not wanting to beg for something you are supposed to help me with. They act like they are doing me a favor but this what both my insurances pay and ask them to do as patient. I would not waste my time with this doctor. The only good things she has good in her office is Lisa and KeKe. No patient should have to beg any doctor nor staff for what they are supposed to medically be doing for you anyway.

Dr. Vance has a genuine concern for her patients. Her bedside manner is professional and caring. She is consistent and thorough in her medical care. Very knowledgeable too.

Rudeness of staff in front office. Lab was nice. Doctor was cold and short ... Not any kindness or time given to make patient feel comfortable. Regretted using this doctor.
