Katrina Contorno, PA

Katrina Contorno was drawn to a career in healthcare from an early age, inspired by watching her mother's passion for nursing and hearing about the meaningful connections she made with her patients. With a longstanding interest in science and a desire to help others, Katrina knew healthcare was the right path for her.She especially values the lasting relationships she develops with her patients and enjoys getting to know them over time. Her interest in genetics also drew her to breast health, a specialty in which genetics can play an important role in assessing risk and guiding care. Katrina provides care for a wide range of breast-related conditions, including breast pain, cysts, benign masses such as fibroadenomas and intraductal papillomas, mastitis and the management of patients at increased risk for breast cancer.Outside of work, Katrina enjoys spending time with family and friends, teaching her dog, Jax, new tricks, baking, hiking and attending concerts.
