Dr. Katrina Ruth Hammel, MD

She tells it like it is, which can come off a little harsh. That is one great quality she doesn't add fluff she is straight forward and to the point. She is extremely intelligent and funny. I was extremely ill and she was able to recognize my diagnosis and treat them all accordingly and got me out of the hospital fast. She changed up some of my medications and I have been doing great since. The only downside is that I can't have her has my Primary Care Provider. Highly recommend this sassy lass. She is an outstanding provider.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hammel's for approximately two years. I'm in my 40's and she is the first doctor that I've ever felt connected to, and I feel like she really cares about me as an individual. She takes as much time with me as I need and never makes me feel like I'm just a number. She is remarkable at remember details about past visits. I can't say enough good things about her. She really takes an interest in me as an individual and pays attention to my medical history to help point things out to me. She's very supportive and understanding, and I feel like I'm sitting down with an old friend at my appointments.
