My husband and I both go to Dr. Sabur. She has always been pleasant and caring every time. She takes her time, explains problems, and seems like she really cares. Very accommodating to us as we both go in exam room together. We travel a fair distance to see her as we trust her that much. Recommend highly for anyone looking for a doctor.

I'm fairly young and have always felt discouraged about seeing doctors mainly because I've had some bad experiences with them. They would take a couple minutes with me, diagnosed me and try me to get me out of there way as soon as possible it seemed. Didn't really seem like I was a patient they truly cared about. With Dr.Sabur I am extremely impressed with her beside manner, and how well she listens. I didn't feel rushed and I felt like she truly cared about my problems. I wish all doctors could be like this. Sadly that's often not the case.

Dr Sabur was the most helpful & polite Doctor I have visited in YEARS! First of all she took her time with me, second she explained to me my options and then waited patiently while I asked all my several questions. What really got me is when she followed up with a phone call to assure I had followed through with what we discussed. This was my first visit and surely I will continue with Doctor Sabur.

I saw Dr. Sabur for a medication review, which is what the Cleveland Clinic recommended my appointment be when I called for an appointment. I had never met her before. A few minutes into our encounter, she started chastising me and rudely explaining how a doctor makes decisions and her tone of voice was extremely cutting. I started to cry and she accused me of crying because she wouldn't refill a current prescription. I told her I was crying because she was making me feel humiliated. She asked if I wanted a witness to ensure I wasn't being humiliated because she was NOT humiliating me. This encounter went on and on until I told her to just ask the questions she needed to ask. It was then that she told me I wasn't going to speak to her that way and she showed me the door. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I would not recommend Dr. Sabur to anyone.
