Impossible to contact anyone from her staff in the event of a emergency. At lease we new that Children’s would know how to diagnose him properly.

Have 2 children that had appointments. I got the times mixed up and was late to the appointment but only about 20 minutes. They would not see us. We have been with them for 10+ years and stayed when the office moved from Benbrook to Mansfield even though the drive is about 30 miles. Needless to say we are changing Doctors now.

She misdiagnosed an ear infection, twice! Ended up switching doctors, spent two trips to Urgent Care and ER. My baby had C-diff. Save yourself the time and money. Pick a new doctor. One that doesn’t blame everything on teething and Ear Infections.

If Dr. Willie is not sure she will make sure she finds out what is wrong even if that means getting a second pair of eyes within the group to come in and assist with a diagnosis.

Been here 3 times now. Always have to wait at least an hour before seeing the doctor and with a 9 month old that's a difficult task! The nurses asks the same questions every visit, as if it's your first, "do you breastfeed?" I can't breastfeed, so please don't ask every 2 or so months we come in! We'll find someone who knows time management skills and is curious of the patients time.

My children have been patients of Dr. Willie for years and she is a great doctor. She is very personable with my kids and takes a real interest in them. She is supportive and helpful with any issues my kids have.
