Came to the ER with a double ear infection. One of my ears was bleeding and had pus coming out of it. At this point I had been on antibiotic ear drops and steroid for 4 days and it was getting worse. I knew from previous issues with my ears that I needed an oral antibiotic, which she refused to give me. She did not listen to my concerns or care what I had to say. She was in and out and gave me a different brand of drops. Those did not work either. Needless to say, I was back in the doctor’s office two days later in which I had to take off work for. That doctor immediately prescribed me an antibiotic because my ears were swollen shut. I was asking for an antibiotic, not a narcotic. She was awful and I will refuse to see her if I ever come across her again.

“I was referred to the ER by the TRICARE Nurse Advice Line for possible infection in my belly button and chronic foot fungus/nail pain. The provider dismissed my concerns, telling me it was probably the same as my arm rash without examining it. She also told me the ER ‘can’t determine fungal or bacterial infections’ and gave me no treatment, no culture, and no referral. What upset me most was how she handled my foot — despite me saying it was painful, she grabbed and yanked my toes without asking, which caused more pain. She was rushed, dismissive, and offered no guidance. I left with no answers, no plan, and no respect. Patients deserve better.”

The fact that I am forced to give this unprofessional excuse of a medical provider EVEN 1 STAR infuriates me. This woman is a farce and needs to be immediately investigated and stripped of her titals and job. This woman not only mistreats her patients but she is verbally aggressive and doesnt even take the time to look at half her patients.
