Dr. Parveen is one of the best Doctors that I encounter, very professional, caring and attentive. She listens and acts promptly to ensure that your medical needs are taken care of.

Office very clean and spacious. Dr. is uptodate on medical knowledge. Has empathy. I trust her.

Dr. Parveen is a caring and generous doctor that has taken extremely good care of me for the several years that I have been under her service. Her office staff is courteous and her office is clean and in a good area. Dr. Parveen always takes time to understand my medical issues and explains everything to me. Although she is busy, there is a low wait time at her office. My experience under her care has been nothing but wonderful.

I totally agree with another reviewer about the Office Manager and their payment policies. The Office Manager harrassed me every time I was in there about paying with a check. People rarely carry that much cash any more and since they don't accept credit cards either, that was very frustrating. I am also changing to another doctor that's more "customer service" oriented and whose office understands that we're in the "21st" century and that credit and debit cards are acceptable forms of payment.

Dr. Parveen was fine as far as primary care doctors go, I had been in her care for years. As for bad things about the office: she does not accept credit cards for co-pays and her office manager, she was the main reason that I left. After repeated issues with her I knew that I could find another office that I would feel better about. I think that the Drs office staff may sometimes forget that they are in the customer service business as well as health care and that patients have HUNDREDS of other doctors to choose from. I've chosen to leave.
