Do not go to this corrupt practice. They will send you to collections before they even let you know they think you’re responsible for another person’s bill. They do not mail you a bill to any residence you have ever lived, call or text you, even though they have your number. I moved from SC to CA 5 years ago, informed them of the move then. My adult child went there last year, when they had trouble with billing the insurance, they called me and asked for my child’s contact information, which I gave with more current dental carrier information. At the time, I was unaware my CA coverage did not cover SC providers. Instead of calling me ever again about the bill, they sent me to collections. No bill ever mailed to me, no call. Karen at their office is exactly that, a Karen, an over privileged white woman i capable of accepting ownership for her part in this, if she called me, we would have resolved last year. Do not believe them, do not go there, they will harm you years later and… not even give you a peck on the cheek while assaulting you.
