No follow up calls to explain the test results (positive or negative), You have to call and find out what's going on with your test results, When you speak to the staff and ask for your results they automatically say we haven't received it yet, and its been weeks. ??? Then they say ok I'll have the doctor call you and NO CALL!!!!! More then once! At first I thought this office was great, but its been a true disappointment.

Had an appointment with Dr. Mehta for 4:00. Got there at 3:30 since I was a first time patient. Front desk collected my co-pay and then I waited for 2 hours till she finally saw me. I liked her and she answered my questions but then a month later I get a bill for the co-pay that I already paid in cash. I have called several times to get this corrected and even went to the office and still till this day get a bill. The girls in the front desk should be more careful with the money they collect and always give a receipt to the patient. I hope now that I wrote on this review that it will get some attention!!!!! So beware patients and make sure you write a check or get a receipt because the front desk is not reliable at all and Dr. Mehta should be made aware of this.

was sent to her by my primary doctor, she did a lot of tests,found no diagnosis but just wanted me to keep coming back to her office to keep giving her copays!!!

I first saw Dr. Mehta when she worked in the practice of another doctor. Dr. Mehta left that practice for her own. I was truly disasatified with the other doctors at the practice where she had worked and tracked her down. Doing so was to my benefit. She is one of the most professional, thorough, caring, doctors I have met in my lifetime. Not only does she spend a good amount of time with you in the examination room, she also spends time with you in her office explaining her findings and such. In addition she has personally made calls to me to follow up on how I am feeling, had her office make calls to me to make sure I have made appointments for things like MRIs and visits to doctors to whom she has referred me.
