Just need something simple like teeth cleaning, that is the highest level of service you'll get. You will find open space patient area, a few feet from patient next to you??? You will come for an appointment & be told they are overbooked or understaffed & asked if you could come back, without your mouth even being looked at. After bonding broke away twice in 14-month period, I developed an abscess & needed root canal & abscess drained. When I went to address for 3rd time during semi-annual checkup, was referred to endodontic who didn't accept my insurance plan. In spite of paying several hundred a month for healthcare, found only Temple students could do. I appealed to KEYSTONE FIRST who is giving me the run around and delaying treatment. In spite of leaving message with this office 4 days ago for another round of antibiotics, I was ignored. I was forced to go to an Urgi-Center for extreme pain (extreme sweats to entire body shaking from chills, no fever, blood pressure at… 181/108, cheek swelling, could not even drink water - shot right into diseased tooth root - ALL FROM PAIN). Dentist office continued to put through incorrect pre-approvals for 2 teeth when only one was at issue. I kept correcting them & they continued to put through incorrect pre-approvals. Since I needed an expedited appeal, myself & my son had to ask dentist repeatedly to send paragraph as to why it was urgent and kept finding out it wasn't done. (GOD bless my son's persistence.) And then to make matters worse, the crown dentist wanted to use was the cheapest next to all metal that comes with an assortment of problems. (I am allergic to metal.) After so many pleas for help and their initial empty promises that turned to outright ignorance, I would not send an animal to this practice. After seeing an endodontist today, discovered initially cracked tooth should have been referred to endodontist asap. Two failed bonding attempts that failed in 14-month period causing unbearable infection and abscess is not savable & needs extraction. Expect repercussions.

The office is very clean and quiet. Front Desk are very Professional, Decent, Nice. Dr.K and her Assistants were professional, respectful team players

My very first visit & last. I had a 10am appointment, which i arrived early. I was the 2nd person in the tiny office. The dentist was late (2hrs).Some of the staff was late & very unprofessional. You would think that someone would come from out of their very little office & apologize for such horrible wait time. My 10am appointment ment nothing from what it seems everyone had a 10 or 10:30 appointment. I was finally called back after now 3hrs & 43mins of waiting & 3 other patients being seen before me. But had to leave cause my blood sugar was now low. Glad no services were done.

I am so happy to find such a caring dentist and the staff.Gentle & Caring treatment is all I can say.
