Kavitha is a great listener and never treated me like she was in a hurry.

NP Malango had all the warmth of the tundra before it began to melt. She knew nothing of why I was seeing her. That was not surprising, considering that she seemed to have noticed only one of my three MNGI visits within approximately 6 months about the problem. She did not have the results of the ultrasound, nor test results from elsewhere that were supposedly going to acquired to b put in my record. She did not mention the recommendation that another provider had made, which I did not follow up on because I thought it was not needed. Ms. Malango included in her recommendations a diagnostic method requiring 5 x-rays. I asked If my symptom was an actual medical PROBLEM. I had eventually concluded that It did not signify a pathology. In fact, MNGI had in Its notes from 8 years ago the same diagnostic results (colon overly full) although not the same "symptom" (abdominal distention w/o discomfort and w/o disturbance to normal frequency and ease of BM). It wasn't even… necessary 8 years ago for anything to be recommended. In response to my question as to whether the distention was a medical PROBLEM Ms. Malango said no. Did she not realize it herself? Did she realize it but not let the realization interfere with the opportunity to intervene?

Very Professional and easy to talk to

Kavitha Malango NP was wonderful. Took the time to explain information, even answered questions that were not clear on much earlier visits. She asked if I would be interested in additional information prior to providing and when I requested, the information provided was great. Even gave some personal fitness information/examples that were relatable and motivating.

Really appreciated her explaining things clearly, turning computer screen to show/and comment on my test results, etc

Exceptional. She had read the chart - was able to address all the issues.
