Dr. Kavitha Rapolu

Dr Rapolu is very rude , disrespectful , unprofessional and abusive towards her staff . My visit here was bad I was sitting in the waiting room and I could hear her yelling at the front desk lady Sonia , telling her to shut up . This lady is always respectful, professional and talks to people. She has good customer service ,she makes you feel at home and she’s a keeper in my books . At this office I have been coming off and on. The staff never last it’s always new people every time . When I ask the Doctor why is that so . She blames it on them not being good people but I know she is lying because the way she spoke so loud and rude that day I knew she was the cause of loosing her staff !! She is not friendly but she fakes it , she is money hungry. She doesn’t care about the patient or her staff . Just about her self and money !! I asked her for a discount and she got mad at me and said she doesn’t mind loosing me as a patient !!! You ain’t see me here again !
