Dr. Kay Barbara Cynamon, MD

Had a horrible experience with this doctor many years ago. She was dismissive and unhelpful but also just straight-up unkind. She treated me like a medical student instead of a patient in need of guidance and relief for severe pain that would ultimately require surgery.

Excellent care by Dr. Cynamon.Highly recommend her. Professionalism with a heavy dose of compassion.

Writing on behalf of my wife who visited Kay Cynamon, MD for ear pain. Wife currently taking blood pressure meds with same listed on her record. Doctor assessed “Otalgiaof both ears”. Recommended Sudafed OTC. When to pharmacy to pick up Sudafed and was told that taking Sudafed with HCTZ can cause harm. I will be following g up with out general doctor to see if a complaint to the NYS Medical aboard is warranted.

This doctor’s “bedside manner” is embarrassing for Caremount. She is aggressive, comes to conclusions prior to proper testing, is argumentative when asked questions, and is not what one should expect from a medical professional. Caremount is obviously lowering its standards to a new low.

Extremely thorough and went through my chart with care and recommendations. Unusually good for a walk in center.

Saw her at urgent care in Fishkill, and she actually took the time to listen to what I had to say and was able to come up with an efficient treatment plan! I remember her words as she spoke to her coworkers "She knows her face better than anyone else, we have to treat her condition". She even followed up with me on the phone a week later! I would love to have her as my PCP
