Dr. Oen dedicates his time and effort …not only to dentistry but also to the Port Chester community. He has served as a dental research associate for the PEARL Network at New York University College of Dentistry, as well as Principle Investigator for the inaugural protocol. In the community, Dr. Oen has served on the Board of Directors of both the Port Chester YMCA and the Port Chester-Rye Brook Rotary Club of which he has also served as its president.
