Avoid like plague. She is incredibly rude and unprofessional

If zero stars were an option that would be given. She is so beyond rude - check Health Grades and see this is so common for her. She does not return calls. I have a cyclic vomiting syndrome and have to follow up for test results and prescriptions, etc. This doctor never follows up and you have to keep calling. Then when you get a hold of her she is so annoyed because as a patient you are the burden. Robertson actually hung up on me after I finally got through after leaving 20+ voicemails. I tried asking about a test result and she refuses to even let you speak. I gave her my pharmacy which is the only pharmacy I ever use and she got it wrong causing me to wait for a month. Instead of apologizing or correcting, she insisted that it was my problem and to get over it. This woman is awful and clearly cares so little about her patients. So much time wasted for someone with actual health needs. Do yourself a favor and find a real doctor. She disgraces that title. I wish I had read reviews… first, but I was hoping to find a woman of color doctor and gave her a chance - Beyond disgusted. Health Grades reviewed said she needs to be reviewed by medical board and I agree. This is not safe for people to be in her care.

Words can not explain the gratitude I have for having Dr. Robertson as my doctor. This woman saved my life and I would not be here without her. Thank you and God bless you Dr. Robertson.

Rude

This office is unclean, and unprofessional. The receptionist Danielle is rude and ignorant over the phone. I visited Dr. Kay's office last year for a bronchitis infection, she performed unnecessary tests and over-billed Blue Cross Blue for the useless tests. One year later, I contacted Dr Kay having lost my health insurance and wanted to request my medical records, so I could go see another doctor for another prescription of antibiotics. Her rude receptionist told me that they don't have my chart. By LAW your doctor is obligated to provide you a copy of your medical records upon request. Apparently, in her offices, they don't keep their patient's records? When Dr Kay took over the call, she was equally rude to me, telling me that I "don't sound like anything is wrong" with me, so I should just wait until I get insurance. Trust me, any doctor that tells you that you don't sound sick is a quack and you should run! After that, she hung up in my face. Dr Kay doesn't respect you, your… health problems, or the medical profession. You've been warned!

My first visit was excellent Dr Robertson was attentive, she took her time and listen to what i had to say, I felt like she was concern and cared, about my condition. I would recommend family and friends
