Dr. Kayla J Jarred

Kayla Jarred is a Licensed Psychologist with 5 years of experience in therapy and clinical assessment. She is passionate about helping adolescents and adults find the skills they need to live a more balanced or fulfilled life. Kayla specializes in PTSD, stress, anxiety, trauma, effective communication, emotional regulation, and other aspects of distress. She also supports services for depression, BPD characteristics, and relationship dynamics. She completed her Doctor of Psychology at Midwestern University, Glendale. Kayla’s training has included behavioral schools, community mental health, and general assessments, and her internship/postdoctoral focused on building generalists. She utilizes behavioral interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy (for PTSD), person-centered, solution-focused, brief therapy formats, and others.
