Kayla Rose Lusnia, PA

I attempted to contact Kayla via the Patient Portal a few days after my visit to ask if she should order bloodwork to check my thyroid levels, blood sugar, cholesterol, etc. And did not receive an answer before I left the country on 1/06/24. This isn't the first time I've waited for follow-up with this provider. In the past Kayla failed to provide results of cardiac tests that I felt I should have been informed and aware of. I ended up getting these results from another physician upon a visit for another issue. Upon my return home in late February I will be looking for another provider.

Very complete. Answered all questions. Seemed genuinely concerned about me and my health. I felt really comfortable in discussing things. Positive feelings ng about whole visit.

My new provider Kayla was very attentive to my health care needs. She also was very detailed about plans for future care. Kayla as well as the other staff at this office made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Thanks very much to all of them.

Visit was a good experience. The ball was dropped with not following up with my Ultrasound results in a timely fashion causing me to have to call in and wait up to 48 additional hours to try to get the results.

Kayla Lusnia was very professional, and warm personally and had a great bedside manner.
