BRIAN FRUCHEY a week ago New My doctor was off for the holidays, so scheduling made me an appointment with Kaylen Grashoff,FNP. Went in with an extremely painful cyst on my back. She cleaned it off and immediately started pushing. The pain was off the charts. I was actually crying. She went to get something to numb it and left me crying in the office. She started to give me shots like my back was a dart board. I felt every one of them. She didn't wait for it to numb , then started pushing again. I told her it really hurts and when will the numbing start. She stated that she should be now. I said no I can feel everything." She stopped and said she was trying to help. I called her a monster and told the nurse that when she gets her wisdom teeth pulled in March, i hope the dentist waits until she's numb before pulling her teeth, unlike this butcher as i pointed at the monster. She is a monster and a butcher for continuing to cause me so much pain. She lied in her report stating she numbed… me first before starting. Even if she did (she didnt) wouldn't you try and numb it more than letting a 53 year old man, cry out in pain. To top it all off her last line in her report was I said at the front desk, "You all are motherkers. You only made it worse." The front desk people were the only ones that cared. I never called them this. She also used triple antibiotic ointment, which I'm highly allergic to. It has protrliom in it. The lady at the front desk gave me the number to her supervisor Antonio Sanchez two six zero42five2eight18) they thought I should tell him what happened. Mr Sanchez did call me the next Monday. Only God's know if he will do anything. I do know who will, My Doctor. After I tell him what happened to me. God won't be able to help her
