Kaylin Shae Gonzalez

Dr. Gonzalez was so caring and provided me with exceptional care! She took her time with me explaining my options to ensure my self care was appropriate for my condition. We need more Dr.s like Dr. Gonzalez. She is empathetic and does not make you feel like you are a number waiting in line.

Dr. Kaylin Gonzalez saw me for about 10 minutes in which I expressed concern for blood in my stool and excessive abdominal pain. I was released after she concluded that me being concerned about my pain and blood loss was anxiety. She reported in my chart that I had nausea and anxiety. I never said anything about nausea as I was not nauseous. I later followed up with a GI who determined that this was an urgent matter and expedited an endoscopy procedure for me. But because Dr. Kaylin Gonzalez made up her mind in 10 minutes that I was just anxious and decided to make stuff up in her report, I am left with a $9000 medical bill. If you go to this ER I urge you to delay treatment until you can see a provider besides her. While delays in an emergency situation CAN be the difference between life and death, seeing this doctor WILL eventually be the difference between someone's life and death.
