Dr. Kazem Hak, MD

Dr Hak is so kind, friendly and knows what he is doing. He’s an excellent doctor in the office and comes to the hospital when ever I’ve been there. Dr Hak is always on time for my appointments and seems to take plenty of time to listen to everything I’ve got to say and addresses all issues. Dr Hak does not hesitate to send me for testing and speciality doctors. I have been his patient since 2009. His staff are very friendly accurate and very kind. Overall I give the whole office a 10+. Thanks for caring for me and my health.

Dr. Hak has been our primary care physician since 2001.. His staff is always professional, friendly, and courteous; never too busy to help. His advise is sound and practical, when needed, he utilizes excellent specialists to help with our problems. His mild-mannered approach, whether in the office or hospital is always comforting. We will soon be moving to another area; and, hope to find another Kazem Hak in that area.

Dr Hak is the most dedicated and caring Dr. we have ever seen. He listens for as long as it takes, His bedside manner is impeccable. along with his staff you feel as though you're his only patient!!

My husband and I have been patients for years. My husband has had some challenging health issue and Dr. Hak always takes the time to speak to him and has put together an excellent team of specialists to care for him as needed, but always follows up. A true "primary care doctor". Excellent care, ability, and very, very nice caring man. We would never see anyone else. His staff is excellent too and when you are sick it's nice to know your paperwork, billing, appointments and referrals are ALWAYS handled on time and professionally.

Dr . Hak and staff were very professional yet friendly. although they are busy, they make you feel that they have time for you and are not rushing. They seem to really care about your well being even as health care professionals.

Best doctor in the area! He caught my heart murmur when other doctors didn't. He and his staff are friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go to any other doctor.

It has been more than two years since I left a review on this website. I felt it was worthwhile to update that review by saying that everything I said in that last review is still true. My husband recently passed away, but he was with us years longer than most thought he would be mostly due to the excellent care from Dr. Hak. He called me every day my husband was in the hospital, and saw him personally every day as well, including the morning that my husband passed. I know Dr. Hak cared about my husband as more than just a patient. I would never consider seeing any other doctor for primary care, and trust him completely to recommend specialists as needed. Every one of my family members who started seeing Dr. Hak feel the same way.

I was referred to Dr. Hak by a personal friend and could not be happier with my care! I am so blessed to have such a fantastic, personable doctor that sincerely cares about me and my health. He visited me every day with both my hospital stays this year and has helped me more in the last 2 years than my previous doctor did in 20+. Dr. Hak is fantastic and his staff treats you very kindly also. I highly recommend Dr. Hak if you are looking for a great doctor!
