Dr. Kazuaki Takabe, MD

Dr. Takabe is an excellent surgeon. I came to Dr. Takabe for a second consult following a breast cancer diagnosis. I was so impressed by his expertise and his calm assurance that all I needed was a lumpectomy that I decided to cancel my initial appointment with a surgeon who had called for a mastectomy and had filled me with apprehension. Dr. Takabe allayed my fears in this first appointment and a few weeks later, I had my surgery. Everything went as he had discussed. Months later, I had my first post-surgery mammogram, and he gave me the wonderful news that I was cancer free. Thank you Dr. Takabe! Choosing you was the best decision I made in this cancer journey. Finally, I would be remiss if I forgot to mention that Dr. Takabe has a wonderful personality.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer I saw Dr, Takabe. He took his time and explained in detail everything I needed to know. He is an excellent surgeon, and always treated me and my family members with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend him.

Even though he wasn't able to pinpoint whats causing my condition, his concern was legitimate and he didn't just send me away telling me I was fine like every other physician iv'e seen. Most doctors when not being able to figure an illness out assumes you're fine and I appreciate him not doing that.
