Dr. Kazue Tsukikawa, MD

She is the only Doctor I want to see. She takes her time and never rushes. Yes, she is catering to the Japanese patients so if you are not a Japanese speaker, maybe she is not the doctor for you. I am from Japan and being able to communicate in Japanese about medical condition is a huge relief.

It is not about this doctor..... it is about her receptionists. They know nothing about the doctor or insurances. They are just people who can speak Japanese. They are not willing to learn anything about assisting/managing the doctor's office.

Dr. Thsukikawa is very moody and willfulness woman. Poor English and no knowledge. Very greedy for money also. Absolutely not recommend.

I know that this is a solo practitioner office and the doctor wants to take care of patients as quickly as possible..... but there are certain things that the patients need to be informed and explained. If she does not have time, let the nurses explain how to use medicine, what to do, what medicine she can take, etc. otherwise, there might be possible malpractice. Please write down some instructions, show how to use the medicine, etc to the patients. The patients are sick already and cannot figure out what exactly she means without clear explanation/instructions. Also, one receptionist is good and experienced, but the other one is very ..... slow or does not know so much about her work.

Dr Tsukikawa has quality staff and is easy to talk to. She specializes in Japanese patients. Her manners are good and her knowledge of medicine is as good as any doctor. I recommend her is you are looking for good care. She doesn't like trouble patients that can't pay or are demanding. Can you blame her? Some have made bad reviews however these patients ask for too much and are demanding.Or have threatened her as she has a all female staff.

Dr. Tsukikawa is horrible! She forces I'll patients in to see her for a 2nd or 3rd visit just to fill out leave of absence forms for your employer. Plus, I question her knowledge as a physician because she told me I could take Advil & ibuprofen even though I'm pregnant. I've read in so many places that ibuprofen is NOT recommended for pregnant women.

She lied to my wife and I and costs us a lot of money. DO NOT RECCOMEND
